Jill Woodilla holds a Ph.D. in organization studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is an associate professor of management at the John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University, U.S. where she teaches general management and ethics. She researches and publishes in the areas of organizational discourse, change, and methodology. She and Ulla Johansson co-edited “Irony and organizations – epistemological claims and supporting field stories” (published 2005). She is an affiliate member of the “Business and design” research group.
